At Elegance Inc. our goal is to give our customers the highest degree of customer service available.

LOVE IT GUARANTEE!

If you are not absolutely in love with your Elegance Inc. purchase, you can return the UN– USED item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a CASH REFUND or 90 days for store credit or exchange. Returns or exchanges are accepted on unworn items in resalable condition. Items must be returned in their original packaging and accompanied by an original receipt. Refunds will be given for unworn item/s received within 30 days of original ship date, with original receipt. Sale items, Display Items, Gift Cards, and personalized engravables are Final Sale and cannot be returned. Original shipping will not be refunded.

IF A CUSTOMER ORDERS A RING OR BRACELET IN THE WRONG SIZE

Elegance Inc. is happy to exchange your item as long as we receive it in unworn condition and within 90 days. We are sorry, but Elegance Inc. cannot provide a prepaid shipping label. This form will still need to be filled out to receive an RA # for exchange.

Your Boutique Owner will handle your return. She will refund your money, or handle your exchange.

  • Please contact your Boutique Owner, they will handle your return, they will make the process easy and hassle free.

  • We will issue a store credit after we receive the item(s) back at the warehouse. Please be patient, your store credit will show up within 72 hours after we receive your package.

  • Good News! Since you purchased your item(s) with cash or check, your Boutique Owner will refund you immediately. Unfortunately, we cannot process your refund using this form, you will need to contact your Boutique Owner.

  • If purchase is eligible, we will refund your card after we receive the item(s) in our warehouse. Refund may take up to 14 days after we receive your item to appear on your bank statement, so please be patient.

  • Good News! Since you purchased your item(s) with cash or check, your Boutique Owner will process your exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot process your exchange using this form, you will need to contact your Boutique Owner.
